Venice – Italy
Our first challenge was to create a 5 day event for an international brand in a city such as Venice. Our second challenge was to include 5 different events in one unforgettable experience.
Following three years of working closely with Zenith to establish a format for the brand’s annual sales meeting, we were ultimately challenged to deliver the event in the beautiful city of Venice.
This was considered one of the city’s largest and most spectacular events. The company was referred to locally as the “Crazy Swiss”.
We considered the secretive nature of the city and its architecture while transforming the different spaces into elegant and luxurious environments.
However, we needed to ensure that the purpose of watch selling would not be undetermined. The format involved creating a sales café, a plenary session, a press conference and a Gala dinner over the course of three days.
Capturing the emotional qualities of the products and bringing the planned advertising campaign to life was a vital aspect for these events.
